without a doubt the most support i’ve received for my ep, and in life came from and is coming from black women. i appreciate each and every single one of you so much. first and foremost a black woman brought me into this world, and raised me, and made me into who i am. i’d be nothing without her. my girlfriend a black woman helped me believe in myself when no one else did, and when i didn’t even believe. when i found it hard to believe and see worth in myself, she did. i’d be nothing with out her. i’ve received so much love, and inspiration from you all. you guys personify all things right in this world, the world is sincerely a better place because of you. from my experience i haven’t met a more selfless, and positively strong and progressive group of people. i’m so appreciative for your existence. thank you thank you thank you. thank you for just being you, regardless of any adversity you face. you repeatedly rise and overcome, and still manage to bless the world every single day. i’d be nothing without you. the world would be nothing without you. there is not a more important people on this earth, than the black woman.

Some nights I have terrible writers/creators block. I sometimes blame it on being tired after a long day but then I realize I'm full of energy. I would work in the day time but I like working on my craft at night. My question is, where do you get inspiration for your music? Do you take time to create songs based on your life experiences? Or do you hustle in the studio all day? Lol

some days it’s an all day thing, some days it’s a night thing. music is hard for me, and i go through a lot of internal turmoil just to satisfy myself creatively. but some of the best advice i ever got was to keep working until i master my craft (which i’m still working towards). so some days i don’t make it about making the best song in the world, i focus on just making a song. eventually i look back and realize i was onto something with all these songs i’ve accumulated and go back and get them just right. my inspiration comes from wanting to be great.
